If you had an IEP (individualized Educational Plan) you were sent a survey to tell us what you have been doing since leaving Brooke High School. You may have graduated, dropped out, or aged out but we still want to hear what you are doing. If you are in need of your WVEIS number( Student ID Number) please call 304-737-3481 ext. 1013 or email kristina.demaria@k12.wv.us or bkocher@k12.wv.us. Please complete the survey using the link below. They survey only take a few minutes to complete. After completing the survey you will be entered into a drawing for a gift card.

Take advantage of this NO-COST virtual service for parents, caregivers, and district staff to support your mental health and wellness through coaching. The providers follow all HIPPA laws. Brooke County Schools does not receive a list of individuals who join the program. The program only provides us with a number. As of right now we have 12 families enrolled.
